Política de reembolso

If a client is unsatisfied with their order, they must use the contact form to specify their complaint with the product and request the product be modified. 

Payments are to be made in full or in two installments. The first 50% installment is due before the piece is created. It covers cost of materials and initial labor. The second payment is due after the piece is completed, it covers subsequent labor and shipping. 

If the client no longer wishes to have the piece sent to them after it is completed or doesn’t want to pay the second installment, the first payment (50% of the total before tax) will not be refunded. The piece may be sold to another customer if initial client fails to send second payment a month after being notified that the piece is completed.
