step by step process

For custom products:

We Create Your Desired piece based on your customizations (3-14 day processing time)
We reach out to you via your preferred contact method with pictures for your approval
Once we’ve received your approval we ship your product out and it will arrive to you within 3 to 5 business days domestically in the US with faster options available. Please specify in the customization form if you need your handmade piece by a specific date.

how long does it take?

Each custom piece is lovingly handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Our processing time is 3 to 14 days, depending on the complexity of your design. Once it’s ready, we ship using standard shipping (3–5 days). If you need your order sooner, faster shipping is available for an added cost—just let us know! And if you have a specific date in mind, please mention it when you order so we can do our best to accommodate your timeline.
